From Orange County Get yourself onto Pacific Coast Highway (Hwy 1) near the Los Angeles County Line. Turn Left onto 1st Street in Seal Beach (there's a light). Go down the street a few blocks (doesn't look like a street on which you would find a restaurant). At the end of the street enter the beach parking lot (down the hill).	From Los Angeles County Get yourself onto Pacific Coast Highway (Hwy 1) near the Orange County Line. Turn Right onto 1st Street in Seal Beach (there's a light). Go down the street a few blocks (doesn't look like a street on which you would find a restaurant). At the end of the street enter the beach parking lot (down the hill).
